The Lofts is a community of 20 one-bedroom loft homes designed for singles and couples who live and work permanently in Byron Bay.

The development responds to the need for smaller and more attainable long-term rental accommodation within one of Australia's most constrained regional housing markets.

The project demonstrates how compact dwellings can provide a high-quality alternative to larger detached housing while remaining close to employment, services and the Byron Bay town centre.
