Millyard is a 25-dwelling housing development comprising two-bedroom homes, including adaptable dwellings.

The project is located on former Byron Shire Council-owned land that was acquired by North Coast Community Housing to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing on a centrally located site with access to existing infrastructure.

The development demonstrates the potential for mixed-tenure housing outcomes, incorporating social housing, affordable housing and market housing within one project.
