Jacaranda is a diverse residential development in central Bangalow comprising seven one-bedroom townhouses, two three-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments.

The project demonstrates how thoughtfully designed medium-density housing can provide an attractive alternative to traditional freestanding homes. By incorporating a range of dwelling sizes within one development, Jacaranda provides housing options for singles, couples, smaller households and families while making more efficient use of well-located residential land.
