Pandanus comprises 12 two-bedroom dwellings designed primarily for key workers and long-term renters.

Located on the fringe of Byron Bay, the development provides more attainable entry-level rental accommodation while maintaining convenient access to the town centre and surrounding employment areas.

The project demonstrates how appropriately located medium-density housing can help support the workers and households that are essential to the functioning of regional communities.
